"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus."   Phillippians 2:5

LaRue Baptist School teaches the basic concepts of Christian character.  We strive to be examples to our young people as role models for Christian living.  We are dedicated to the Christian instruction of our young people.  We minister to the whole person:  body, soul and spirit.  We want our students to graduate with increased wisdom and stature in the favor of God and men.  We consider teaching your children a privilege and are committed to teaching them the Word of God and His principles for their education and their personal lives.

If you are interested in learning more about the Christian School, please make an appointment to visit and take a tour of the school at (270) 358-4673.  Please talk to Essie McDowell, our church and school secretary, or ask to make an appointment with our interim principal, Bob DeVary.  We recommend you follow the procedural steps in the order listed below.

We ask that, as you evaluate our school and make your decision regarding enrolling your child, that you prayerfully seek God's will.  Your child's education is one of your greatest responsibilities as parents.  We are convinced that LaRue Baptist School offers the essentials of Biblical perspective on learning and high standards of discipline and academic achievement.

LaRue Baptist School is the educational ministry of LaRue Baptist Church and is designed and dedicated to providing quality Christian education, first of all for the children of the members of LaRue Baptist Church, secondly, for other interested parents and guardians (as room is available), who desire a truly Christian education for their children and who subscribe to the aims and ideals of our school.
